1. An overview of the hyperboloid mixer
The hyperboloid mixer is a new type of mixer developed by our company. It is designed and manufactured with cycloidal pinwheel and helical gear reducer as power. Good performance and so on. There are two types of dry installation and submersible installation. The motor protection grade is IP55 for dry type (IP68 for submersible type), and the winding insulation grade is F.
For dry-installed models, a rack can be added to the main unit according to the depth of the pool to improve stability. For the submersible installation model, a tripod bracket is installed under the main engine and fixed on the bottom of the pool with expansion bolts and is equipped with a hoisting system. The impeller is generally 500-800mm away from the bottom of the pool.
The hyperboloid mixer is widely used in environmental protection, chemical industry, energy, light industry and other industries where solid, liquid and gas agitation and mixing of liquids are required, especially for coagulation tanks, regulating tanks, anaerobic tanks, Nitrification and denitrification tanks.

5. Performance characteristics of GDJ/QDJ hyperboloid mixer
The impeller structure design of this model maximizes the combination of fluid characteristics and mechanical motion. The curved surface of the hyperboloid impeller is a curved body formed by the equation of xy=b, and the curve rotates along the y-axis; in order to cater for the flow of the water body, the design is to enter the water from the center of the impeller, which reduces the turbulent flow of the water on the one hand, and ensures the The pressure of the liquid on the surface of the impeller is uniform, so as to ensure the balance of the whole machine in the state of motion. There are 8 guide vanes evenly distributed on the involute multi-arc surface. The potential energy obtained by the self-weight pressure of the liquid as supplementary water and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller form kinetic energy. The liquid is tangent along the circumference of the impeller under the condition of gravity acceleration. The movement, under the reflection of the pool wall, forms a bottom-up circulating water flow, so the cross water flow in the axial (y) and radial (x) directions can be obtained. It is precisely because of the structural characteristics of the impeller of the hyperboloid mixer and the characteristics of installation close to the bottom of the pool that it can obtain ideal large-area circulation and soft water flow stirring effect during work, which can effectively eliminate the dead angle of stirring.

6. Application and installation of GDJ/QDJ hyperboloid mixer in environmental protection water treatment industry
The application of the hyperboloid mixer is to divide the rectangular pool into equal-area work units according to the principle that the length and width ratio of the pool body does not exceed 2 times, so as to determine the number of mixers used, and then according to the effective service of each hyperboloid mixer The area corresponds to the area of the pool to determine the model.
