1. Overview of submersible mixers
QJB submersible mixer is a novel submersible mixer developed by our company, which can be divided into two series: high-speed mixing mixer and low-speed push-flow mixer. It has the characteristics of compact structure, simple operation and maintenance, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life. The motor protection grade selected is IP68, the winding insulation grade is F, and it has an anti-condensation device, excellent bearings, and two mechanical seals, which make this model work reliably.
The impeller of this model has a better hydraulic design structure, high working efficiency, and the swept-back blade has a self-cleaning function, which can prevent debris from being entangled and blocked. The mixing mixer is suitable for stirring liquids containing suspended solids in sewage treatment plants and industrial processes; the low-speed push-flow mixer is suitable for aeration tanks in industrial and urban sewage treatment plants. Nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal stages create water flow, etc.
The scope of application of this model for normal and continuous operation is: 1. The temperature of the medium does not exceed 40 °C; 2. The PH value of the medium is between 5 and 9; 3. The density of the liquid does not exceed 1150Kg/m3; 4. Long-term diving operation, The diving depth is generally not more than 20m.

The diving depth of the submersible mixer can be adjusted vertically up and down according to user needs. The connection between the hanger seat, the support and the lower bracket and the pool are all fixed by expansion bolts, and there is no need to reserve holes. When the customer orders, please provide the pool depth H, so that our company can determine the size of the guide rail and the number of support frames during production.
Matters needing attention: 1. The guide rail should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane during installation, and vertical correction can be used; 2. The impeller end of the submersible mixer should be raised 5o higher than the horizontal plane during lifting; 3. The lifting center and the lifting center of the submersible mixer are on the same vertical line.
